I’m Gheiath Ewais. My engineering and project-management background shapes how I build software: understand the process, identify what matters and make the next step clear.
My development work spans project and workforce reporting, document and invoice tools, AI workspaces, mobile applications and local automation. At AcornByte, you work directly with me—from the first conversation through delivery and handover.

Before we
begin.
Do I need a complete specification?
No. Start with what you want to accomplish and how you handle it today. We can work out the requirements and a sensible first scope together.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Yes. We can review your spreadsheets, documents and software before deciding what to improve or connect. Integrations depend on the access, APIs and licensing the existing systems support.
Does every project need AI?
No. A clearer form, a better report or a simple automation may solve the problem. We’ll use AI where it has a useful role and agree on how its output should be reviewed.
How does pricing work?
We’ll agree on the scope and price before starting. Third-party software, hardware, hosting and AI-provider costs are identified separately. Ongoing maintenance or support is agreed as part of the project.
Are the examples available as products I can buy?
The examples illustrate development work. Tell me which workflow interests you, and we’ll discuss whether a demonstration, adaptation or new build is appropriate.
Can we work remotely?
Yes. Consultations are available by phone or Teams. In-person help around Erie and the Denver area is by arrangement. AcornByte operates online and from a home office; there is no walk-in location.
What should I send with my inquiry?
A short explanation of the problem, the tools involved and the result you want. Leave out passwords and confidential files; we can arrange an appropriate sample if it will help.
